Income Qualification Information:
To qualify, the total amount of money before taxes and any deductions (Gross Income), received by all household members, plus interest and/or income from all assets must not exceed the below Annual Income Limit for the number of people in a household.

* Applicants must have sufficient income to pay rent and are required to have a monthly income that is two (2) times the monthly rent of the unit they would occupy.
Additional Information:
Our screening process includes third-party income verification from employers and landlords, evictions, credit and criminal background checks for every applicant over the age of 18. Households consisting entirely of full-time students are not eligible for this affordable housing program unless they meet one of the exemptions. Unit size is determined by family size with no less than 1 person & no more than 2 people per bedroom. No smoking anywhere inside the building.
No one can be added to the household during the initial lease term of 1 year unless that addition is due to the documented birth of a child, marriage, legal adoption, foster child or as a need of a verified Reasonable Accommodation request due to a disability.
